A Rose man was arrested Sunday after a month-long investigation into a July 4th crash that left him injured, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office said.
Seth H. Marsteiner, who was under 21 at the time, faces multiple charges including DWI and leaving the scene of a personal injury crash. Authorities say Marsteiner’s vehicle was found heavily damaged off Brick School House Road, and he was discovered near the scene. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with injuries, where a blood test later revealed a 0.19% blood alcohol content.
Marsteiner was processed at the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and released on tickets. He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Rose Court.
