Sabres lose third straight in Vegas (www.nhl.com)

The Buffalo Sabres wrapped up their five-game road trip with a 3-1 defeat against the Vegas Golden Knights on Saturday night at T-Mobile Arena, marking their third consecutive loss.

Vegas (27-9-3) established a 3-0 lead before Buffalo (14-21-5) broke through in the final 2:18 of the game. Jason Zucker tipped in a power-play goal off Rasmus Dahlin’s point shot to put the Sabres on the scoreboard.

Goaltender James Reimer made 30 saves on 33 shots in the loss.

The Sabres return home to face the Washington Capitals on Monday at 7 p.m.
