Seneca Falls man arrested after sending threatening text to minor (www.fingerlakes1.com)

Police say a Seneca Falls man was taken into custody on two charges after an incident on May 27.

On June 1 Seneca Falls police arrested Adam J. Christensen, 50, on charges of endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated harassment. The charges are class A misdemeanors.

The arrest follows an incident on May 27 where Christensen allegedly sent vulgar and obscene text messages to juvenile family members, including a threat of physical harm. He was taken to the Seneca County Jail and is awaiting arraignment.

An order of protection has been requested for the victims.
