The Geneva Police Department has provided an update on a large fight that took place and prompted a heavy police response over the weekend.
Around midnight on Saturday Geneva Police responded to reports of a large fight near Union Street. Upon arrival, officers found over forty juveniles fleeing the scene from Milton Street and Union Street.
Two individuals were injured, one with significant head injuries. Both were transported to Geneva General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The Geneva Police Department’s Detective Bureau has confirmed this was an isolated incident and there is no ongoing threat to the community.
