A Lyons man was arrested after failing to appear in court for an assault charge. Deputies arrested Wayne Demay, 54, following an investigation.
A bench warrant had been issued for Demay’s arrest. He was taken to the Wayne County Jail, where he awaits arraignment.
Demay will appear in the Village of Wolcott Court at a later date for further proceedings.
