The board also adopted updates to the large-scale solar code, amended the fee schedule to include solar and Farmington Sewer fees, closed a grading letter of credit for Southgate Hills Phase 2, and approved an easement acquisition by Monroe County Water Authority. Public comments were heard before adjournment.
